Pricing questions

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever for a single shop doing up to 50 orders a month — no credit card required to start.

Do you charge setup or migration fees?

No. Importing your customers and order history from CleanCloud, SPOT, Cents or Liberty is included on every plan.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like — there are no long-term contracts.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. Launderly is a flat monthly subscription. Card processing fees are charged directly by your payment provider (Stripe or Square), not by us.

What about hardware?

Launderly works with standard receipt and label printers, industrial scales, pole displays and customer-facing screens. You buy the hardware once; there is no per-device fee.

Is my data secure?

Card data is handled by Stripe/Square (PCI SAQ A), and Launderly offers a HIPAA mode with encryption-at-rest for businesses that need it.
